CloudLinux has permanently discontinued the community forum at forum.cloudlinux.com.

The decision follows an unauthorised-access incident against the forum’s user database in late July 2026. Forum usage had been in decline for years — active engagement in recent months was minimal — and rather than restore and continue to maintain a low-value platform, we decided to retire it and consolidate community and support activity onto our primary channels.

The forum was a standalone platform. It was not connected to CloudLinux product accounts, licenses, payments, or support systems. No customer product data was involved.

We assessed the incident with our EU GDPR representatives against the ENISA severity methodology. It was categorised as low severity, and all appropriate measures are in place. Users whose data was involved have been contacted directly.
