Kexec-tools package has been scheduled for gradual rollout

A new updated kexec-tools 2.0.20-34.el8_3.2.cloudlinux package for CloudLinux 8 has been scheduled for gradual rollout from our production repository. The updated package fixes the kdump service startup.
