Trial Licenses Usage Policy

Key-based licensing account
As a new customer, You have the option to try our products by activating a trial license either directly through your account or from the CloudLinux website.
Trial licenses are available for a limited range of products, and the trial period may vary depending upon the type of product.
Trial licenses are provided ‘as is’ without any warranty or service level commitments. CloudLinux reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue trial offerings at any time.
To activate and maintain a trial, You must have a valid payment method associated with your account.

Conversion to paid subscription
Unless You cancel the trial before the end of the applicable trial period, the trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period. By initiating a trial, You authorize CloudLinux to charge your payment method upon such conversion.
Billing begins immediately upon conversion:

• Imunify360 product: paid licenses are generated based on the specific number of users automatically detected on your server(s).
• Other products: trials will convert into the corresponding paid version of the same product.

If You buy a paid subscription for the same product before the trial ends, your servers under that trial will be transitioned to the paid subscription when You complete the purchase, and billing will start from the purchase date for that subscription. Upon transition to a paid subscription, the trial license will be automatically deactivated.

Trial license deactivation
You may cancel the trial at any time before it ends in your account (see our detailed instructions). Alternatively, if you remove the servers registered with the trial license before it expires, the system will automatically deactivate the trial license.

Usage restrictions
You are prohibited from creating new accounts to obtain new trial licenses for the same product or service. Failure to comply may result in related IP addresses being restricted in CloudLinux systems and in locking or canceling your account.

You can use trial licenses for the same product or service once a year. To reset a trial license one year after the previous trial license expiration date, please submit a request to the Billing Department.

Account suspension/ termination
CloudLinux reserves the right to lock or cancel your account and/or suspend or terminate any support services provided to You at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of this Trial Licenses Usage Policy, at CloudLinux`s sole discretion, without incurring any liability by CloudLinux to you.
In the event CloudLinux locks or cancels your account, we will provide notice to You, but it is not CloudLinux`s obligation to notify You, and CloudLinux will not be liable for failure to do so.

IP-based licensing account

Trial licenses are not available.
