New ea-ruby24-mod_passenger and ea-ruby27-mod_passenger packages have been scheduled for gradual rollout from our production repository.

Please note that the ea-ruby27-mod_passenger package is not supported in LVE Manager prior to v. 6.3.16-1 which is available for download from the updates-testing repository and the cloudlinux-rollout-5-bypass repository for now.
