The gradual rollout of the rollout slot-1 was paused because the advanced resource consumption calculation technique implemented and released in the governor-mysql 1.2-81 can cause degradation of MySQL performance.

The issue may appear on the governor-mysql versions 1.2-81, 1.2-83, and 1.2-83.1.

To fix the issue, run the following commands:

dbctl --lve-improved-accuracy off
service db_governor restart

We are investigating the possible causes of such behavior and planning to fix it and resume the slot on the 5th of January.
