New updated MariaDB and MySQL packages for MySQL Governor for CloudLinux 6 and 7 have been rolled out to 100% and are now available for download from our production repository.

Installation

To install MariaDB/MySQL, follow our documentation for instructions here.

Update

  • For CloudLinux 6 and CloudLinux 7

NOTE: Please make a full database backup (including system tables) before you upgrade MySQL or switch to MariaDB. This action will prevent data loss in case if something goes wrong.

To update MariaDB, run:

# yum update cl-MariaDB*

To update MySQL, run:

# yum update cl-MySQL*
