Gradual rollout for governor-mysql-1.2-84 has been resumed

The governor-mysql-1.2-84 package with the fix for the latest issue was released to the rollout slot-1. The slot was resumed.

Please note that on some servers affected, the MySQL Governor Abusers mode was changed to Off. So, in order to restore the MySQL Governor configuration, the following steps should be performed:

1. Update MySQL Governor to the governor-mysql-1.2-84:

# yum update governor-mysql --enablerepo=cloudlinux-rollout-1-bypass

2. Run the following commands: 

dbctl --lve-mode abusers
dbctl --lve-improved-accuracy on
systemctl restart db_governor
